For a technically challenging event in a warm, home-town environment, join us in La Grande for The XTERRA Solstice Triathlon. This event boasts beautiful panoramic views, diverse terrain, and a reputation as one of the toughest XTERRA Points Series Race. In our 9th year, we have "worked out the kinks".  We pride ourselves as having the best and friendliest volunteers who contribute to a smoothly run event; one you will enjoy whether it's your first triathlon or your 100th.

So the gaunlet is thrown - we encourage all XTERRA athletes to try this event though DNF's are common. The course is challenging and not for the inexperienced. However, as you can tell from course results we have many returning XTERRA athletes. Whiners are not allowed. We pride ourselves on building the toughest bike and run courses possible.

Remember, as an XTERRA event, you will need to purchase a one day USAT Insurance package if you have not purchased the yearly coverage.
